Same-different

For a same-different task that the students can do in pairs, use the set of grids in resource sheet 8.4. Some of the pictures in the two grids are the same, and some are different. Give one student one grid and the second student the other. Get them to communicate with each other in te reo Māori, box by box, to work out which boxes are identical (“he rite”) and which are different (“he rerekē”).
